Remmers attaches great importance to compliance with all human rights and environmental laws, regulations and the self-imposed compliance principles of conduct in its own behaviour, business decisions and actions at home and abroad, as well as in the behaviour of its suppliers. We endeavour to identify human rights and environmental risks at an early stage, minimise the consequences and remedy any breaches of duty. In order to fulfil our responsibility, it is important that we become aware of such risks and breaches of duty.
Remmers has therefore set up a complaints procedure within the meaning of Section 8 (1) LkSG, which enables anyone to report grievances and risks in the supply chains. Completely anonymously if desired. All incoming reports are immediately checked by our external human rights officer. Suspected cases are investigated and violations are followed up.
The complaints procedure is based on rules of procedure within the meaning of Section 8 (2) LkSG.
If in doubt, please contact the relevant emergency services by telephone to report any immediate danger to life and limb. Furthermore, please refrain from sending customer enquiries or complaints about Remmers products via this portal and contact your dealer directly in this case. Finally, please note that deliberately providing false information may have consequences under criminal and labour law for you and any third parties. Please also protect any business secrets of your employer.
